The answer came from his 12-year-old daughter, Brianna, who looked at him and said maybe he should be grateful, because God got him through all of it. His daughter reframed his entire life in one sentence. He started his real estate license from a hospital bed and rebuilt everything on faith, family, and a promise: everything God carried him through would be used to carry someone else. Before real estate, Brett spent more than a decade guiding executives and their families through relocations across the country, with concierge-level care and the kind of discretion those families never have to ask for. Three years after that hospital bed, he ranks in the top 1% of real estate professionals in America, was selected as a Founding Agent for SERHANT's launch into Colorado, and leads a team of agents chosen for one thing before all others.
