Olivia Gibson believes people come before property, and it shows in how she works. Clients describe her as someone who's already thought of their next question before they ask it, who treats their transaction like it's her own, and who isn't afraid to fight for them when something feels unfair.
That instinct comes from somewhere real. Olivia grew up in New Hampshire, and by age ten, her family was living in a cabin on top of a mountain, off the grid, with no electricity beyond a generator and no running water beyond what they pumped from a well. She plit cords of wood every summer with her father. Her mother worked out of state during the week, Olivia became the one who filled out her brothers' school paperwork, helped with homework, and made sure everyone got up and onto the bus. Despite it all, she excelled in school, ran track and field, and built a life of her own outside the house. Being the one who made sure everyone was okay is still what drives her today.
Olivia put herself through Plymouth State working in a pizza place, then waited tables before moving into property management. In 2018, she got licensed in real estate in Brighton, Massachusetts, and ran an office of 18 agents, handling contracts, funds, and attorney communication while working her own rental deals on the side. That stretch taught her how a transaction runs behind the scenes and how to stay level with people under pressure.
In 2019, her husband was stationed in Colorado Springs with the Air Force, and the family moved. Olivia has since closed $30 million in production over five years, a number she built while also giving birth to her two wonderful children. She sells throughout Colorado Springs, Denver, Parker, Castle Rock, and Larkspur, focusing on first-time buyers, move up buyers and relocation buyers. As a military spouse herself, she knows what it means to build a life somewhere new on someone else's timeline.
Her business runs entirely on referrals. She's walked clients away from overcharging lenders, pushed back on builders, and fought appraisal and inspection issues when something felt unfair, because getting it right matters more than getting it done.
Olivia lives in Pradera, in Parker, with her husband, Huckleberry, and their two young children, Bodhi and Halle. Outside of work, she loves being outside in nature with her kids, and still makes time for golf or a day snowboarding.
