For Tawni Ledford, the meaning of home changed forever when her teenage daughter survived a near-fatal car accident.
After weeks of hospital care, Tawni brought her daughter home to recover. She rearranged furniture to accommodate a hospital bed, made space for nursing staff, and adapted their home around the needs of a child learning to walk again. As a single mother, she was balancing her daughter's recovery, caring for her family, and the financial uncertainty of stepping away from work.
During that season, Tawni found strength in her faith and quiet moments walking outdoors, listening to worship music. She learned something that continues to shape her life and work: a home isn't simply where we live. It's where we find comfort, where we heal, and where we make room for life's unexpected changes.

Tawni's journey into real estate began in 2018, after years of working multiple jobs while raising her children. Her first homebuyer was another hardworking single mother, raising twins and determined to purchase a home in the neighborhood her children already loved. Watching those children celebrate having bedrooms of their own reminded Tawni why stability matters so deeply.
Today, with $79 million in personal real estate sales and more than 100 families helped, Tawni brings that same perspective to every relationship.
Her experience extends beyond traditional residential sales into boutique development, new construction, building materials, and home design. She's equally comfortable discussing construction quality with a builder and helping a family select finishes that complement their everyday routines.
She knows that beautiful materials matter, but so does choosing a finish that won't show every little fingerprint.

A proud mother of two, Tawni loves sunshine, tree-lined parks, working out, afternoons by the pool, discovering beautiful restaurants, and traveling with loved ones.
Her guiding scripture is Isaiah 32:18: "My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest."
