Mike Draudt

Mike Draudt is a fourth-generation Coloradoan and a broker associate with The Cornerstone Group at SERHANT. Colorado. He specializes in the South Denver Metro, especially Greenwood Village, Sundance Hills and Littleton. He has lived in Sundance Hills since 2013 and has served for about a decade as a director on the Sundance Hills Metro District board, which oversees the neighborhood’s pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and shared spaces. That means he knows these neighborhoods as a resident and as someone who helps run one.
Before real estate, Mike worked in construction and land development at Xcel Energy and spent years in residential renewable energy. That background shows up in every transaction. He can read a house past the staging: its systems, its efficiency, its condition, and what improvements are really worth. He holds a business degree from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and brings a clear, numbers-driven approach to pricing, negotiation and strategy.
Licensed since 2017, Mike works mostly with move-up families and downsizers making some of the biggest decisions of their lives. His clients describe him as honest, low-pressure and responsive. He sets out a clear process from the start, follows through on time, and treats every client’s goals as his own.
Mike and his wife Gina met at CU and are raising their three kids and two huskies in Sundance Hills. When he isn’t working, you’ll find him coaching little league, cheering on the Buffs and Broncos, skiing with his family, or drift-boat fly fishing on the Bighorn.
