Shayan brings structure, precision, and consistency to every interaction. He approaches each relationship as a partnership, ensuring the process feels organized, intentional, and carefully managed. His doctoral-level research experience at The University of Texas at Austin adds a disciplined, analytical perspective to negotiation strategy, communication, compliance, transaction structure, timelines, and execution.
