Born in Bolivia to a Lebanese family, raised in Texas, and shaped by time living in Switzerland, Grecia Roca brings an international perspective and a thoughtful approach to Houston real estate.
After more than a decade in Houston, she has developed a deep appreciation for the city's diversity, growth, and global appeal. Early in her career, she worked representing Invitation Homes, one of the nation's largest institutional owners of single-family homes, where she developed a disciplined approach to pricing, market analysis, and negotiation. She later co-founded The Apartment Reps, a Houston relocation company that helped professionals and families establish themselves in the city.
Today, Grecia advises buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Houston. She believes meaningful real estate guidance begins with understanding people. By listening carefully, observing what often goes unspoken, and balancing market intelligence with thoughtful judgment, she helps clients make confident decisions aligned with both their financial goals and the life they are building.
Outside of real estate, Grecia enjoys architecture, design, and the study of psychology and contemplative traditions. Those interests continue to shape her appreciation for how people experience space, navigate change, and ultimately define what home means to them.
