Nestled on the second floor adjacent to the fitness and wellness center and surrounded by plants inspired by gardens in Bali, the 20,000 square foot space has five distinct zones - each geared towards a specific program and age group:

Centered around a vintage 1972 Cessna 150 seaplane, the space is geared toward kids aged five through twelve, allowing them to explore the vintage aircraft, climb a ten-foot high sky tower, or glide down a sixty-two-foot long zip line.
Set at the center of the space, the hilltop area is geared towards kids aged five and below. Bounce on the recessed trampoline, sway on the bucket swing, or coast down one of two slides; this space has all the necessities for kids to grow and explore!
The splash park features over fifteen different water activities, kids and adults can cool off while engaging the water boat, battle friends with the water guns, or run through the aqua arches!
Surrounding the entire area is a two-lane trail suited for running, walking, or riding. Grab a bike, scooter, or buggy from our trike garage, and kids and adults can travel around the space set at one-tenth of a mile!
Designed for adults, the circuit is an extension of the fitness and wellness center and allows residents to pursue cardio, agility and strength training.
An eight piece circuit training set, agility dots, lateral step ladders and a shuttle run offers residents a variety of fitness opportunities.
