A Longtime SoHo resident, real estate investor, entrepreneur and bar owner, Michael has a unique breadth of experience in real estate in both residential as well as commercial hospitality. He has sold condos and co-ops, as well as bars, restaurants and nightclubs in NYC, for years, for esteemed Hospitality broker Alex Picken, at Picken Real Estate inc.
Michael can be seen starring in the reality TV series by Esquire magazine, on the exciting world of night club sales, called “Risky listings”, From Geno McDermott at Blackfin Media.
Michael has worked the last few years, with private clients, locating suitable investment vehicles as well as concentrating on his own entrepreneurial interests.
In addition to Manhattan, Michael has lived in Los Angeles as well as Mexico City, and Acapulco, where he starred in the Telenovela “Acapulco Bay”.
Having spent a number of years in Hollywood as well, Michael appeared in such films as Speed, Outbreak, and Reservoir dogs, though he has always returned to his lifelong love of design, architecture and real estate, coming from a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs.
Michael is very excited to make his new home at Serhant. He loves traveling art and tennis and lives with his beautiful wife Paola, an architect, building luxury retail in Manhattan and across the county.
