Jonathan Speagle

Jonathan Speagle is married to his beautiful wife, Takara, an Orlando local who brings joy and music as a professional singer in various roles and capacities. Together, they are proud parents to two energetic daughters, just a year and a half apart, who keep them entertained and on their toes. They also share their home with Theodore, their 75-pound dark brown golden doodle.

Jonathan loves spending time outdoors, even in the heat of Orlando, Florida. Whether it's golfing, working on landscaping projects, or being around water, he enjoys it all. As a family, they cherish their travels and the opportunity to visit friends and family around the world. Jonathan is passionate about good food, good drinks, and engaging in great conversations.

With six years of experience in the real estate industry, Jonathan's journey here has been quite unique. Before venturing into real estate, he was a performer and actor and also had the pleasure of educating various age groups in the fine arts. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a focus in Art History, which led to exciting opportunities working at a Smithsonian affiliate in California and the J. Paul Getty Museum.

Since joining the original Home Squad, Jonathan has helped more families each year, and for the past few years, he has proudly earned the ORRA Top Producer Bronze Award. His approach to real estate transactions combines professionalism with a light-hearted, fun attitude, making the process enjoyable for his clients. He specializes in personal or familial relocation, Veteran's real estate needs, first-time homebuyers, and upgrading current home situations.

Jonathan serves all of Central Florida, including the Space Coast, working from the Clermont area. His background in performance and art equips him with a unique ability to adapt to each client's needs and navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape. Recently, Jonathan joined the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida to expand his expertise in assisting families and individuals going through divorces, collaborating with various professionals in the field.
