Jakub Staniewski

Jakub Staniewski is the Director of Operations for the Talia McKinney Team, a leading presence at the brokerage selling all categories of real estate, from condos and townhouses to penthouse listings on New York City’s Billionaire’s Row. He cultivates teamwide expansion and efficiency, nurtures individual agent development, and oversees internal systems and protocols. As a licensed real estate salesperson in New York and New Jersey, he also works part-time with individual clients.

 

Jakub was previously the operations manager of Premier Homes Pros, where he managed the daily activities of more than 120 agents that averaged $200M in combined annual sales. At the same time, he held a similar role for the Ritz Theatre & Performing Arts Center, organizing sold-out concerts for prominent artists and various events. Those who have worked with Jakub note his ability to blend deep industry knowledge with strong communication skills and an empathetic approach. He is an expert at team building and helping agents hone their interpersonal skills, perfect deal-closing strategies, and maintain high closing ratios.

 

In addition to his work in real estate, Jakub is a prominent social activist in the Polish community. He is President and founder of the Polish Youth Association, a non-profit organization that helps its members connect with professionals, engage in community initiatives and activities, amplify their ideas, and explore their potential. Jakub inspires others to discover their inner selves and serves as a mentor for Polish youth worldwide. Jakub is also a juror of the international “Outstanding Pole” Award, which recognizes exceptional civilians for their contributions to the community and counts heads of state, Olympians, and other VIPs among its recipients.

 

Jakub was born in Lublin, Poland, grew up in New York, and currently lives in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. He runs his own creative design agency specializing in logo, website, and graphic design as well as company branding and strategic marketing. When not running a real estate team, Jakub speaks at international conferences, meets with entrepreneurs and community leaders, and does what he loves most – helping others reach their full potential and achieve their dreams.
