As Director of Business Operations for SERHANT. New Development, Felicé Donatiello, brings 20 years of experience in real estate sales and operations. He has served as a key member of the executive teams involved in managing the daily operations of a portfolio of new development projects totaling over $30 billion. Prior to joining SERHANT, he worked at Compass Development Marketing Group for two years and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing for eight years.
Donatiello has worked closely with high-profile agents on prominent projects throughout New York and Miami. He will be working closely with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and project management to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of all business operations.
