Dave’s career began in healthcare, where he spent a decade as a Doctor of Physical Therapy helping people navigate important life transitions. That foundation still shapes how he approaches real estate today: with clarity, care, and a steady hand through complex decisions.

After traveling the country as a physical therapist, Dave and his wife chose Denver as their forever home in 2015. Now raising their family here, he brings a personal perspective to what “home” really means.
