Born and raised in Flatiron, NYC, Charlë is a native New Yorker armed with an unmatched knowledge of the city. With over 15 years of experience, she possesses a deep understanding of how best to help her clients navigate real estate in New York. Starting her career at Citadel Real Estate, Charlë has layered experience of residential, commercial and mortgage transactions.
As an owner of multi-family mixed use property in Flatiron, she has an intensive background in Property Management and client relations. Recently her time on the luxury brokerage team Eklund| Gomes NY, saw her part of over $3B in annual sales across NY/LA/Texas and Miami. She is also head of Nomad Advisory Partners, a design/build company in NYC.
Passionate about philanthropy, she is on the board of art nonprofit ArtBridge which serves to beautify city streets. Bringing artists from diverse communities to place their art on scaffoldings and sidewalk sheds around NY. She was intrinsic to getting this “City Canvas” pilot program passed by DCLA-https://www1.nyc.gov/site/dcla/publicart/citycanvas.page.
