She joined The Serhant Team in 2015 as The Director of New Development and top resale agent. Charisse helped Ryan and the team acquire, advise, and sell out over $1 billion in new development projects across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Hamptons.
Charisse uses her extensive knowledge of market dynamics and local trends to put her developers, buyers, and sellers in prime positions for success. Most importantly, Charisse connects with her clients through a genuine desire to help them as people. She is attuned to each of her clients’ individual needs, and she guides them with the understanding that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Born and raised in South Florida, Charisse knew from a very young age that real estate was her passion. Coming from a family of realtors and developers, coupled with working with her husband to buy, renovate, and flip or rent personal properties, she has firsthand knowledge and expertise on what is needed to find the best deals, close them, and achieve industry success.
In her free time, Charisse spends time with her husband, Jared, and their three children, Julian, Jordan, and Chloe. She enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling, skiing, spending time with family and friends, and exploring New York's endless restaurants, museums, shows, and beautiful parks.
