About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Marketing & Design Manager with a strong background in project management, leadership, and marketing strategy within the luxury real estate industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and drive our branding efforts across various platforms and media. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and bring fresh ideas to our innovative team.
Responsibilities:

- Project Management & Leadership:
- Lead and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Mentor and guide a team of designers and marketers, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee client interactions, establishing timelines, managing expectations, and processing custom marketing requests.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the creative director, marketing team, and New Development team to plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Design, develop, and manage marketing materials and templates ensuring alignment with business goals and brand consistency across digital and physical mediums.
- Partner with real estate agents to create bespoke marketing materials tailored to their unique branding needs.
- Lead branding initiatives for new developments from concept through execution, including the creation of names, logos, brand guidelines, and marketing materials.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions to refine and finalize projects.
- Template Design & Best Practices:
- Develop and implement best practices for template design to ensure usability and aesthetic appeal across various marketing platforms.
- Work on template platforms to create and manage a library of marketing templates that can be easily customized by agents and internal teams.
- Ensure that all templates adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Creative Design & Development:
- Manage the design process for websites, including wireframing and layout, and collaborate with web developers for implementation.
- Create a range of graphic elements such as illustrations, animations, and infographics to enhance visual communication.
- Ensure all design projects are compliant with technical specifications and coordinate with external vendors as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and marketing, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Experience with web design platforms like Squarespace and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
