The team is led by Derek Hoskins, who spent eight years as a technical rigger for Cirque du Soleil before entering real estate. In that work, precision was the job and a missed detail was never an option. He has applied that standard to 12 years in the Las Vegas market: 167 closed transactions and $94.9M in sales, from $99K to $6.5M.

Derek is joined by Kayla Liberty, Colt Trapp, Darren Hansen, LaDora J. Fields, Teodora Atanasov, and Kylee Dean. Each agent works under the same standard, so clients get the full depth of the team and one consistent approach, whoever answers the phone.
