The Figz Team is a family-built real estate group serving Encanterra Country Club, Queen Creek, and the greater East Valley of Arizona.

At the center is a partnership. Tammy and Gil Figueroa have been married more than four decades and have spent nearly as long in real estate together. Gil brings construction and law enforcement experience that shows up in every inspection conversation, every repair negotiation, and every honest assessment of what a home is actually worth.
