Celeste was a competitive ice dancer growing up and lived in many different areas during her youth: New York from Manhattan, Queens, Long Island, Lake Placid and Syracuse, New Jersey (Hudson and Monmouth County), Delaware, Florida, South Carolina and London. She received a degree in Communications and worked in a variety of industries such as non-profits, health care and legal as part of sales teams / manager, fundraising departments, business development, event planning and corporate and community relations. With 10+ years in the real estate industry Celeste has found her passion again since her ice-skating days. Her competitive upbringing drives her success today. Celeste is also a mom of twins, Carter Gabriel & Maya Amara. The Pandhi Family resides in Lenox Hill and Celeste plays an active role volunteering at the local school, P.S.267.
Mitch was born and raised in New York City. He has always had an eye for real estate. After receiving a BS in Accounting from the University of Buffalo, he worked for a public accounting firm where some of his clients were developers, landlords, and residential and commercial real estate brokerages. Mitch started his real estate career managing mixed-use real estate in lower Manhattan and then branched out into residential sales full time. In addition to property management, Mitch was the founder and CFO of a private company where he managed the direct sales team for many years. Mitch shares his time between New York City and The Hamptons. He is a proud father of three amazing young ladies.
Dusan originally started out his career in technology with a degree in software technology and a love for architecture, staging and design. He worked in website development / digital marketing and then later moved into property management which was the beginning of his career in real estate. Dusan has lived all over the world: Montenegro, Serbia, Hungary, Germany, South Carolina, and California, all prior to New York City. He thrives in the international environment and diversity of
NYC. Dusan brings a skilled eye for staging and design, plus technical knowledge with design software to help take the team’s client’s experience to the next level. He currently resides in the Flatiron District with his Partner and their dog, Lulu. Dusan is fluent in Serbian and German
Shauna Bussiere attended Rutgers University and received a BA in criminal justice. Since then, she has made her mark and developed significant skill in marketing, business development, account management and operations. Having worked predominantly in the healthcare industry Shauna has a knack for understanding people and creating campaigns and relationships that are memorable. She is very detail oriented, creative and understands the ever-changing trends. Shauna plays an integral role with placement and development of content for social media and marketing exclusive listings. Shauna resides in New Jersey with her husband and their adorable dog Reeses.
