About the Role

We are seeking a driven salesperson to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (Admissions Associate) as we scale our internal sales team. This individual will be responsible for qualifying all inbound, PRO program leads, through an initial phone screening process. The SDR will then connect the prospect with the correct next step in the admissions process aligned to the correct SERHANT. program. The SDR will also be tasked with following up with any leads who miss or reschedule their appointment in order to maximize these inbound leads. This salesperson should expect to handle a large volume of inbound leads and will need to be adept and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large volume of prospective students
  • Complete a high number of qualification phone or video calls daily
  • Follow up with individuals who miss or reschedule their initial call in order to set up and complete the initial qualification call
  • Maintain high energy and excitement throughout the qualification call and scheduling process aligned with the SERHANT. brand
  • Qualify each individual through a comprehensive conversation that ensure an understanding of which SERHANT. course might be the correct next step for each applicant
  • Knowledgeable about all SERHANT. Ventures products and services

Qualifications:

  • 1 year+ of proven sales experience, ideally in consultative sales, admissions or recruiting
  • Strong Pipeline Management skills
  • Excellent follow-up
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience exceeding a quota
  • Well organized and used to maintaining a large pipeline
  • Passion for building client relationships and seeing opportunity around every corner
  • Strong obsession with relationship-based rather than transactional selling, because people hate being sold, but they love shopping with friends
  • Familiarity or expertise with HubSpot (or expertise with Salesforce and a willingness to learn HubSpot and incorporate best practices)
  • Previous experience in Real Estate a plus
