This furnished duplex loft is available from May 1, 2023, to October 31, 2023, for a six-month lease only. The loft is adorned with pieces by American contemporary artist Charles Ross, famous for his natural light, time, and planetary motion works. Mr. Ross also designed the interior of The Harvard Business School chapel.

This loft boasts 16-foot ceilings and an eastern-facing wall of windows that allows in the morning sun and provides spectacular open views of Soho. The space is open, airy, and includes an open kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a large, lofted home office space that can comfortably accommodate 2-3 workstations.

A mandatory weekly housekeeping fee of $175 applies. The loft is fully furnished and comes with a 40" LCD flat-screen TV, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, an Integra sound system, 3 skylights, and Brazilian Cherry Wood Floors.
