We currently have a large newly renovated one bedroom apartment. The apartment is located within a beautiful historic victorian home in the Edgewood section of Cranston. There is wall to wall carpet which was just installed in both the bedroom and the living room. The entire apartment was just painted and the unit includes off street parking for one car. The owner lives on the first floor and we have long term tenants on the second floor. If you would like a great place to live you must be quiet, a non smoker and have no pets. These are not negotiable. She also would only like one person.
