About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Expansion Manager to drive the growth of SERHANT. in new markets. This role is a hybrid of strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring a mix of project management, operations, and relationship-building skills. The Expansion Manager will be responsible for launching and sustaining new markets by working closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, media, marketing, legal, and operations.
This is not just a management role - this person will actively participate in executing tasks, navigating conflict, improving processes, and collaborating with real estate agents and internal teams to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Planning & Market Preparation:
- Customize and execute SERHANT.’s go-to-market strategy for new regions.
- Conduct competitive analysis, assess market trends, and identify growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics for each market launch.
- Create, implement and improve go-to-market playbooks, including processes, checklists and SOPs.
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end expansion projects with clear goals, timelines, and accountability.
- Implement best practices in project management (e.g., Agile, Lean) to streamline execution.
- Own and optimize operational processes, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Identify and proactively solve bottlenecks in the expansion process.
- Stakeholder and Relationship Management:
- Interface directly with real estate agents, leadership, and internal teams to drive expansion efforts.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, marketing, operations) to align on goals.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring adoption of new processes in go to market playbooks.
- Operational Execution:
- Set up and manage local launch operations, licensing, and compliance in each market.
- Ensure alignment with SERHANT.’s brand standards and operational playbooks.
- Monitor and improve expansion efficiency through postmortem evaluations and data-driven optimizations.
- Ensure brand consistency while allowing for market-specific adaptations.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including market adoption, revenue impact, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct post-launch assessments and refine strategies based on real-time data.
