Bathrooms are graced with Waterworks fixtures, custom Italian-crafted white oak vanities with polished nickel detailing, wall-mounted Toto washlets, Bendheim Clear tempered glass shower enclosures, and beautiful Eurasia Stone tilework.

One Park Row is moments from City Hall Park, the Oculus, Brookfield Place, Stone Street, South Street Seaport, Rockefeller Park, The Battery, Perelman Performing Arts Center, the Hudson River Greenway, and the East River Esplanade. The building is surrounded by exciting restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops and is close to Target, Whole Foods, Alamo Drafthouse, and Eataly NYC Downtown.
