About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Product Designer to join as our first Design hire. As a Product Designer, you will tackle interaction and service design challenges while working on big new ideas that will transform how people use our product. We collaborate with engineers, product managers, and sales in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. We make magic by crafting and shipping delightful experiences for sales people around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create high-quality designs for the first version of the custom native Sell It platform.
  • Establish a UI framework and design system design system from the ground up to ensure simple, elegant, and consistent experiences.
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to tackle difficult UX problems.
  • Lead UX research, qualitative, and customer in-depth interviews to drive a customer-centric design-centered approach to product-led growth.
  • Present work in a range of mediums and fidelities throughout the design process.
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of design experience.
  • Proficiency with the latest tools to build design and a strong desire to learn new ones. Figma expertise encouraged.
  • Effective prototyping skills.
  • Experience building products for Android, iOS, and web.
  • Fast-paced with the ability to prioritize projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles.
  • Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
  • Has worked in and/or has built a best-in-class Figma design system and library.
  • Ability to strongly articulate your design work and rationale to your peers and cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
  • A portfolio showing your high quality, thoughtful UI and UX work.

The compensation range for this role is $145,000 per year - $185,000 per year.
