Position Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Design Intern who is passionate about visual storytelling and eager to contribute to our dynamic team. As part of ID Lab, you will collaborate closely with marketing professionals and other designers to produce innovative design solutions that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-year student transitioning to their senior year, looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, media-forward real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of creative design concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the ID Lab team to understand project requirements and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual designs.
• Participate in the creation of visual materials for property listings, promotional campaigns, and events.
• Provide support in managing and organizing digital assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program for Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, transitioning from junior to senior year.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills, especially in digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in real estate and marketing is a plus.
