The Agent Operations Specialist serves as an internal resource to agents and company procedures in the achievement of agent success. This role supports all activities related to the operations of the brokerage under the Director of Agent Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agent onboarding process.
  • Point of contact for ongoing agent day-to-day needs as it pertains to SERHANT. Brokerage.
  • Liaise and maintain communication between departments in support of agent resource needs.
  • Maintain inventory relative to anticipated agent use.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of SERHANT. ecosystem tools, resources, and technology.
  • Champion agent proficiency and effective use of company systems.
  • Support sales manager with agent licensure, professional associations, compliance, and listings.
  • Stay current with local trends, regulatory changes, industry updates, standards, and compliance.
  • Conduct training on skills improvement with respect to internal systems, resources & technology.
  • Promotes SERHANT. internal services in Studios, Ventures, and ID Labs.
  • Proactively supports in alleviating obstacles to agent success and elevates necessary issues accordingly ensuring follow through to resolution.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Proven experience meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.

Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $80,000 annual range. Salary will commensurate with experience/skills/education.
