Coming from an international background, Peyton was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and grew up in Shanghai, China, graduating from Shanghai American School (Puxi). Peyton received a BA in Economics and Psychology from Barnard College of Columbia University. She started her career in real estate while still a student, going from first helping students find rooms to selling Brownstones in Brooklyn and New Development projects in Manhattan and Brooklyn — her passion for helping people and making efficient matches has stayed true. She loves working with first-time home buyers, renters, international buyers and investors, families buying for children, and the many followers she has on Tiktok and social media (@realpeytonyen).
