With more than 20 years in real estate and 12 years in New York City, Marion Miner brings experience, perspective, and international reach to one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.

Based in Manhattan at SERHANT., Marion advises sellers, buyers, investors, and international clients across New York City, with a particular focus on luxury residential real estate. Her work extends well beyond New York through an established European network spanning Paris, Berlin, Munich, and Rome, including the representation and marketing of select international properties.

For Marion, luxury real estate is not simply about price. It is about understanding the story of a property, recognizing what makes it exceptional, and knowing how to position that story for the right audience.

Named among the country’s top-producing agents, Marion has spent more than two decades navigating market cycles, complex negotiations, luxury sales and rentals, international transactions, relocation, investment properties, and properties that require creative positioning and persistence to sell. Her clients value her straightforward advice, discretion, integrity, and ability to remain composed when transactions become complicated.

Originally from Munich, Marion studied business and languages at the University of Munich before building an international career that ultimately brought her to New York. Fluent in German and English, with strong Italian and conversational French, she has developed longstanding relationships with international executives, diplomats, financial institutions, media professionals, and private clients. Her institutional clients have included the Permanent Mission of Germany to the United Nations, the German Federal Bank, and German schools in New York.

Marion is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the German American Chamber of Commerce. Outside of real estate, she is a longtime member of C3Church Manhattan and volunteer with Bridges International.

When she isn’t entertaining friends or reading a good book, she spends most of her free time with her husband and their two wonderful daughters. She loves dancing, skiing, and running, and she enjoys classical concerts, opera, and ballet as much as live music at a bar.
