Kyle Farrell combines architectural training, executive-level banking leadership, and hands-on construction expertise to deliver a strategic edge in Massachusetts real estate. Raised in Westwood, New Jersey just outside New York City, Kyle studied architecture early in his career and worked for an architecture firm before earning a degree in Financial Services and Psychology from Roger Williams University.
He went on to build a successful career in Boston’s banking sector, leading teams across retail, risk management, customer experience, operations, and e-commerce. As Vice President and Director of E-Commerce, Kyle sharpened his skills in financial analysis, negotiation, and high-level strategy—experience that now directly benefits his real estate clients.
Today, Kyle co-leads the Prop Cousins alongside his cousin, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and builders throughout Massachusetts. As a licensed contractor, he offers clients an additional advantage, managing renovation and construction projects both pre- and post-sale to maximize property value.
Kyle lives in Hopkinton with his wife and three children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and vacationing with his family in Maine. His approach is thoughtful, strategic, and relationship-driven—focused on helping clients make confident decisions that build long-term wealth.
