Her content highlighting homes and neighborhoods across the Main Line has made her a recognizable presence in the local market, with many buyers and sellers first discovering her through her videos before ever meeting her in person. By combining strategic marketing, high-quality video production, and strong market knowledge, Erica is able to create meaningful exposure for the homes she represents while helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

Before entering real estate, Erica earned her degree in Elementary Education. Her passion for teaching led her to work with students in a variety of environments around the world, including Dubai, New Zealand, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Hawaii. These experiences strengthened her communication skills and shaped the educational approach she now brings to guiding clients through important real estate decisions.

In addition to her work in real estate, Erica has remained involved in athletics and mentorship. She has coached field hockey at the high school level after earning USA Field Hockey Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Certifications, and she enjoys helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Erica lives along Philadelphia's Main Line with her husband and enjoys staying active, traveling, and volunteering in her local church and community.
