My experience as a Dutchess County Realtor dates back as far as 2001, when my desire to help people navigate through the home buying/selling process began. That same year, I was building a beautiful home, raising three young children, and learning along the way, with each step in home building. The knowledge I gained from the land purchase, to acquiring the Certificate of Occupancy, was priceless, and I continued to learn every year as a homeowner and Realtor.
