About SERHANT.
SERHANT. is the most followed real estate brand in the world, calibrated for the marketplace of tomorrow, delivering proven results for buyers, sellers, and developers. SERHANT. revolutionizes the traditional brokerage model by innovating through media and content creation and is powered by a full-service in-house film studio as well as an amplification platform that puts our properties in front of more people than anyone else.
About the Role
The Operations Program Manager owns the planning, resourcing, execution, and market rollout of cross-functional initiatives that scale SERHANT.’s operations and expansion. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be the single-threaded owner from idea through post-launch adoption, driving clarity, sequencing work, and ensuring initiatives ship on time, on budget, and fully enabled via our GTM playbook. You’ll partner closely with State Leaders and central teams (Marketing, Media, Experience, Legal, Finance) to distribute value to markets, brokers, and staff.
Responsibilities:
Plan & Scope
- Drive initiative charters (objectives, success metrics, scope, constraints); build integrated plans with critical path, milestones, acceptance criteria; maintain RAID and decision logs.
- Lead cross-functional capacity planning; forecast needs, negotiate trade-offs, and protect the critical path.
- Own initiative budgets: estimate, track, manage variance; create/approve vendor SOWs and change orders.
- Run the weekly operating cadence (standups, dependency reviews, path-to-green updates); enforce change control and scope discipline; keep a single source of truth mapped to OKRs.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Rollout
- Enforce GTM stage gates (enablement, content, legal/compliance, measurement, communications).
- Build and execute market rollout plans: training, asset localization, FAQs, manager sign-offs, field comms, run-of-show; partner with Marketing/Media on launch orchestration.
Expansion & Market Operations
- Support State Leaders to scale day-to-day operations; serve as first point of contact to triage and solve operational challenges and escalate as needed.
- Oversee rollout of central programs (marketing, operations, recruiting, finance, legal) into markets; collaborate on market entry initiatives, including pre-launch “advanced team” concepts and playbook-driven expansions.
- Maintain awareness of real estate trends and competitive offerings to refine strategies.
- Recommend and support AI integration into long term processes, SOPs to drive operational efficiencies.
Process, Knowledge, and Adoption
- Document, standardize, and maintain repeatable processes and SOPs; contribute to training and documentation systems for brokers, managers, and back-office teams.
- Build and manage dashboards for leaders with visibility into progress, KPIs, and bottlenecks; lead 30/60/90 post-launch reviews to track adoption, KPI movement, and corrective actions; templatize playbooks and retros for reuse.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
-
- Provide executive-ready status with summaries and decisions needed; align Sponsors and State Leaders with data-driven options and recommendations.
- *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
