We also collaborate with Studios in developing design assets for Ryan Serhant’s personal brand and the LISTED real estate media network.
About the Role
ID Lab services a growing brokerage of over 1,000 agents across multiple states, and our 10-person team (some hybrid, some remote) works closely together to deliver high-impact creative at scale. We’re seeking a solutions-oriented, communicative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to act as the day-to-day traffic controller and front-facing representative of ID Lab.
This role is central to the smooth delivery of all marketing projects - triaging requests, managing agent expectations, and ensuring the creative team operates efficiently. A strong candidate is a natural relationship-builder with a passion for creative operations, emotional intelligence, and a client service mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of ID Lab: Act as the first point of contact for agent requests, ensuring all communication is warm, clear, and solution-driven
- Own project intake and delivery: Review incoming requests, gather key details, triage competing priorities, assign creative resources, and manage timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Build relationships with agents: Establish rapport and credibility while navigating tight timelines, shifting priorities, and sometimes emotional conversations
- Coordinate across departments: Partner with Studios, New Development, and Agent Resources to align on marketing initiatives, priorities, and shared deadlines
- Keep projects on track: Monitor progress in ClickUp, flag delays or blockers, and ensure assets are completed and delivered as promised
- Maintain project systems: Regularly update project statuses, upload and organize assets, and ensure request details are accurate across all platforms
- Assign efficiently: Understand team members' strengths, design styles, and specializations to assign projects to the most appropriate designer
- Hold the team accountable: Keep designers and collaborators on schedule, proactively communicate anticipated delays, and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Exercise judgment: Occasionally assess project scope and make informed recommendations or decisions on pricing tiers for custom work
- Support internal comms: Contribute updates to company newsletters, ID Lab announcements, and other internal marketing touchpoints
- Champion our tools: Guide agents and internal stakeholders on using marketing platforms such as Marq, ReChat, and other tools as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project management, or creative operations (real estate experience a plus)
- Comfortable fielding questions, jumping on the phone, and navigating emotional or high-touch conversations with empathy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Slack, and SaneBox, with familiarity in project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Monday, Airtable)
- Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.
- Experience working with in-house creative teams or fast-paced agency environments
- Familiarity with real estate marketing platforms and tools is a strong plus
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Jasper for communication and task management
