About the Role

We’re seeking a Creative Content Strategist to join our team and lead how we scale brand-aligned messaging across the business - from agent bios to high-end property storytelling to new development campaigns. You’ll partner closely with designers, upskill the team, and build systems that allow creative content to be delivered faster, smarter, and more strategically.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Write and refine brand-aligned content for agent branding packages, listings, and campaigns
  • Conduct discovery calls or review intake forms to uncover agent voice, tone, and positioning
  • Use and evolve AI-based workflows (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate, edit, and deliver content at scale
  • Translate agent insights and creative strategy into compelling, personality-driven copy
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless visual and verbal alignment across deliverables
  • Build tone-of-voice guides, prompt libraries, content QA processes, and scalable copy systems
  • Support the creative team with messaging frameworks for new developments, workshops, and platform launches
  • Mentor and train designers and team members on tone editing, GPT prompting, and narrative thinking

Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or brand storytelling. Marketing / Communications background is a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills - especially voice-driven copy with brand consistency
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Notion
  • Familiarity with AI content generation (ChatGPT or similar) as part of a creative workflow
  • Confident collaborating with designers and marketing teammates
  • Operational mindset: builds systems and repeatable processes, not one-off solutions
  • Bonus points for experience in real estate, personal branding, or luxury/lifestyle marketing
