Six established, independent Texas brokerages are joining forces with SERHANT. at launch, bringing their teams and local market leadership to the firm's platform.

Chris Phan Chris Phan joins SERHANT. as a Founding Member, bringing his brokerage, Truss Real Estate, and a team of 15 to the firm. A driving force behind SERHANT.'s presence in Houston, Phan has built a reputation as one of the city's most respected independent brokerage leaders, known for combining high-performance sales with a long-term vision for growth, branding, and innovation. Over the past 11 years, he has closed nearly $260 million in career sales volume, including $46.7 million in the last 12 months alone, while earning RealTrends Verified 2024 recognition as the #31 agent in the City of Houston by volume and #6 in Houston by sides. Through Truss Real Estate, Phan cultivated a culture centered on excellence, entrepreneurship, and forward-thinking marketing, values that align closely with SERHANT.'s mission, positioning him to help represent some of Houston's most well-known builders and developers as a key component of the brand's expansion into one of the nation's most dynamic real estate markets.

David Garcia Jr. and Alanna D'Antonio Garcia join SERHANT. as Founding Members, bringing their San Antonio-based independent brokerage, Evoke Realty with a team of agents spanning San Antonio, Austin, and the Coastal Bend, and more than $380 million in career sales to the firm. David, a Broker Associate with a decade in luxury real estate, and Alanna, a former public relations and title insurance professional, launched Evoke in 2022 after attending SERHANT.'s Sell It event, and built it into one of MySA's Best Real Estate Companies in under two years. Accolades include recognition from the San Antonio Business Journal for both founders, Luxury Home Magazine's Ones to Watch Under 40, and Alanna's 2025 Women in Leadership Award. Operating as evoke group at SERHANT., their arrival brings one of San Antonio's most accomplished and highly recognized real estate teams to the firm.

Joined by a team of agents including Kory Hinton, Kaye Williams, Spencer Huck, Maggie Houston, Brian Shemirani, Yenny Labrador, Cesar Aponte, Margo Cunningham, Chase Smith, Skyler Tran, and the team, Burbridge has spent 22 years in real estate, closing nearly $150M in sales over the past 12 months, and surpassing $2 billion in career volume. The husband-and-wife team, named to the 2025 and 2026 Real Producers North Dallas Top 1000 bring more than four decades of combined experience and deep DFW roots to the firm, and together have sold more than $65M of residential and commercial real estate within the last 8 years.

A licensed broker with 13 years of experience and affiliations with the Austin Board of Realtors and Austin Luxury Network, Fagan has built a practice defined by high-touch service, curated client relationships, and a deeply personal approach to the buying and selling process.

With more than a decades’ experience combined accolades including Austin's Top 500 Agents (2023–2025) and a 2026 RealTrends Verified ranking in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide for Arion, and a 2025 Finalist nod for Real Estate Professional of the Year by Austin Business Woman for Nicole.

A lifelong North Texas native born in Dallas and raised in Plano, Keeton has spent eight years building deep roots in the market he calls home, earning D Magazine Top Realtor recognition every year since 2019, Real Producers Top 1000 Agent recognition, Local Profile Top Realtor recognition, and a ranking in the top 5% of agents in Texas. He closed $20 million in volume over the past 12 months.

He was named a 2026 Real Producers Top Agent in North Dallas and closed $35 million in volume over the past 12 months. His notable deals include record-setting sales by both price and price per square foot in Southlake's Reserve of Southlake and Flower Mound's Three Bridges Estates neighborhoods, and he has closed $40 million in volume over the past 12 months.
