The market debut brings together some of Las Vegas’s top-performing agents and teams, whose collective sales volume within the last twelve months totals more than $600M in volume. This marks the fourth new market entry for SERHANT. in 2025, most recently in Rhode Island, and prior to that in the DC Metro area in July, and Phoenix, SERHANT.’s first west coast market this March.

The market will be led by Bill Oskilanec as Managing Broker of its Nevada operations. A Las Vegas native with more than 20 years of real estate experience, Bill began his career with Prudential Americana Group (now BHHS) in 2005 before joining boutique luxury firm Char Luxury Real Estate in 2015, where he specialized in high-end residential and high-rise properties. Following Char’s merger with Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, Bill served as Director of Operations for the firm, overseeing business growth and operational excellence across the firm. Known for his deep market knowledge, leadership, and long-standing commitment to the Las Vegas community, Bill brings a wealth of experience that will be instrumental in driving SERHANT.’s continued expansion across the region.

Cami Lincowski
Cami Lincowski brings seven years of experience in the Las Vegas real estate market to SERHANT. The Williams Gray Team, led by Heidi L. Williams and Rebecca Gray brings decades of combined experience in the Las Vegas real estate market to SERHANT. Formerly with SimpliHOM, the team has collaborated on over $400 million in total sales volume, including $29 million in the past 12 months and over 1,000 units sold, and is known for setting the benchmark for highest price per square foot in high-rise sales across the valley. Since their inception in 2019, the team, which also includes Morgan McAfee, has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the Greater Las Vegas Valley and was nominated for the Inman Golden I Award for Best Sales & Marketing Campaign for New Development in 2024.

Nate Strager brings 22 years of luxury real estate experience to SERHANT., with a career spanning over 400 transactions totaling more than $200 million, including over 25 transactions exceeding $20 million in the past 12 months alone. Formerly with Luxury Estates International, Nate is recognized in the top 5% of agents in Las Vegas and has represented high-profile and celebrity clients.
Beyond real estate, he is a passionate community leader, and is passionate about working with the City of Las Vegas to give back to families in need. He is also the founder of Rhythms, an 8,000-square-foot facility in Las Vegas offering dance classes for underprivileged children, and Latin dance classes for adults, and runs a nonprofit dance foundation.

A recognized figure in the sports and entertainment community, Adreanne has served as a Captain for the Official NFL Off The Field Wives Association in Las Vegas.
