Yasser started his career on the banking side of the industry, working at large commercial institutions such as Bank of Boston (now Bank of America) and Washington Mutual Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). He managed complex deals while prioritizing efficiency, client service, and confidentiality. Following that, he transitioned to real estate sales and led expansion for a prominent national brokerage into the Miami market. He rose from founding agent to Sales Manager to Managing Director of Sales for the state of Florida. He worked with one of the largest agent rosters in the country, ensured continuity of business growth and profitability, and actively participated in the building and deployment of sales tools and technology. His sharp negotiating skills, marketing and social media prowess, and comprehensive industry wisdom make him a trusted, go-to resource for junior agents and veteran brokers alike.
Originally from Cuba, Yasser lived in Connecticut, the Dominican Republic, and Palm Beach before relocating to Miami. He is fluent in Spanish and English and graduated from Westwood College of Technology in Denver, CO with a BA in Visual Communications (Graphic Design and Multimedia). He is active in numerous networking and non-profit organizations that provide first-time homebuyer education and real estate investing and financial advice. When not hard at work or engaging with social media, Yasser enjoys spending quality time with his children and pursuing his musical interests. Cooking and traveling are also frequent family pastimes.
