I’m Tom Marinelli. I’ve been part of LBI since I was a kid. I live here full-time in Brant Beach now, but my relationship with the island goes back decades - working summers at The Showplace to help pay for college, buying and renovating my first beach house here, and building long-term rental investments before Airbnb was even a trend.
Before real estate became my career, I spent 30 years negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts in Aerospace, Finance, and Telecom - working with firms like GE, Lockheed Martin, and Bank of America. That means I bring executive-level strategy, negotiation, and discipline to every deal I do. Whether it’s a $750K starter or a $5M+ beachfront build, I protect your money like it’s mine.
Today, I’m a licensed Realtor®, a Registered New Home Builder in NJ, and an active investor who’s flipped, built, and scaled multiple properties. From commercial listings to luxury new construction to finding the perfect summer escape for a first-time buyer - this isn’t theory for me. It’s what I do.
