Real estate has always been more than a career for me—it’s been a
passion for as long as I can remember. Long before I made it my
profession, I would spend my free time exploring properties, studying
the market, and running investment numbers simply because I enjoyed
it. That genuine interest turned into a calling, and I left my corporate career behind to make real estate my full-time focus.
I started in Boston’s high-volume rental market, building strong
relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors. That experience
gave me a deep understanding of property values, rental demand, and
deal strategy. Over time, I transitioned into sales, specializing in
luxury condos, single family residences and multifamily properties - mastering how to assess their potential as investments.
Today, I also work as a developer, transforming multifamily buildings
into high-end condo conversions. I manage every step—from acquisition
and design, to construction oversight, to selling individual condos or refinancing rental holdings. My experience in valuation, development, construction costs, the rental market, and Boston’s sales trends allows me to offer my clients a complete, 360-degree perspective on the market.
My primary focus is on Boston’s most sought-after neighborhoods, including the Seaport, South End, Back Bay, South Boston, North End,
Beacon Hill, Charlestown, East Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, and the surrounding suburbs. Having grown up south of the city, I know the entire state inside and out—giving my clients a unique advantage
whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.
