Tay Tiwoni hails from Harlem and has always been interested in contributing to and enhancing the wonderful neighborhood he has called home all his life, through love of architectural design, renovation and interior design. He made this vision a reality by owning and renovating several brownstones in Harlem, and by matching diverse properties to the needs of wonderful clients who eventually became his neighbors.

As a savvy real estate investor for more than 16 years, Tay has done it all, from implementing buy and hold strategies to refurbishing properties to sell for maximum profit. His market expertise and seasoned experience enable him to see the potential in a property before it is developed, helping clients to find the best value in a home that suits their needs.

Tay is so effective working with his buyers and sellers not just because of his knowledge, but his passion for his work. He purchased his first brownstone in Harlem at the age of 26 and was instantly a landlord. Tay possesses a complete understanding of securing the right tenants, establishing strong owner/tenant relationships, and maintaining the valuable asset of real estate to ensure ultimate profitability.
