At the beginning of 2023, Sylvia was recognized as Agent of the Month in her previous firm when she single-handedly executed a $9,500,000 commercial deal for a full floor acquisition in the landmark Ayer Building.

Sylvia's educational credentials include a BS in Business and Management from NYU. She also holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Baruch College.
