After 22 years as a Creative Director focusing on branding, marketing, and magazine publishing, he brings a layered, entrepreneurial, and diverse skill set to the real estate industry. Coupled with that is a love for design, architecture, engineering, business, and finance.
Born in the Dominican Republic, Socrates is a graduate of Parsons School of Design with a BFA degree. He received his NYS Real Estate License at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a father, husband, and homeowner in the Lower East Side.
