Serri Knight is an experienced real estate expert whose upbringing and in-depth industry knowledge put her clients in the best position for success. As part of the reputable Kaplan x Knight Team, Serri has closed $100M in sales. She is known for her patient and genuine approach, and past clients rave about how she internalizes their perspectives and actualizes their goals.

 

Real estate has been present in Serri’s life since childhood. Her family is steeped in different industry aspects and interior design, and she has firsthand experience as a home buyer and owner. When purchasing her first apartment, Serri vividly recalls how important the transparency and sense of being cared for were for her. Those elements inform how she grounds the client-representative relationship today. Additionally, her illustrious background in sales gives her keen insight into managing her clients’ expectations and needs.

 

With her astute eye for design, Serri has a knack for seeing potential where others may not. The joy she gets from helping clients find their perfect home, coupled with her diligence and determination, makes her an ideal ally when navigating the New York City real estate landscape. She works with buyers and sellers all over the city and is an expert in Downtown Manhattan.

 

A native of Los Angeles, Serri received a BA in Communication Studies with a minor in Philosophy from Northeastern University. She has an MBA in Art & Business from New York University and she is a certified stager. She is the Director of her Co-op Board in SoHo, a neighborhood she loves for its array of restaurants and pulsating energy. An art enthusiast, she is a member of the Young Collectors Council at the Guggenheim Museum and the Bronx Museum. She is also an avid basketball fan, both of the LA Lakers and now the New York Knicks.
