Sarah Cotty

Sarah Cotty is a luxury property expert and social media maven known for her authenticity and winning approach. Sarah began her real estate career with great aplomb. She was quickly appointed the managing director and head agent of a boutique firm in Tribeca, and she went on to facilitate the firm’s growth to 30+ agents and $10M in sales. However, her path to real estate was a circuitous one. A motivated self-starter, she has held positions in IT recruiting and sales, business development, and social media. She has also been a flight attendant who traveled internationally and domestically. She thrives in high-pressure environments and is a gifted negotiator. Her natural creativity and her experiences in hospitality and communications inform an intuitive approach to client service. She is exceptionally loyal and earns trust through getting results.

 

Sarah was born in North Carolina and raised by a father who served in the special forces. She graduated with honors and a double major in communications and psychology from Florida State University. Though a full-time resident of the Financial District, she often visits family in Tampa and is in the process of attaining her Florida license. She loves interior design, traveling, and health and wellness, and she runs her own photography business in her free time. Whether working out at the gym, practicing yoga in Central Park, or exploring a new neighborhood, she always has her camera at hand, ready to snap the perfect shot.
