Though her career spans interests like food, fashion, celebrities, and entertainment, real estate has always been a central theme in Sara’s life. She worked for a property manager of luxury buildings while in college, and her ongoing 14-year run hosting NBC’s hugely popular show, Open House, has given her unique insight into identifying and presenting high-end homes to a global audience. Obtaining her license is part of her continued desire to expand her exposure in the real estate business and further connect people to the city in life-changing ways.

 

Sara has logged over 3000 hours of live and taped television for hit shows like Open House, New York Live, New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly, and First Look Live on the Red Carpet for the Golden Globes, Primetime Emmy Awards, and other live specials produced under the LXTV umbrella. She has also appeared as a regular guest on The Today Show, Beat Bobby Flay, and Worst Cooks in America.

 

Sara was a personal chef and food columnist, and she worked as a line cook for internationally renowned chef/restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Her Emmy-nominated show, Recipe Revamp, took food lovers on a journey to meet renowned chefs and discover the secrets behind their signature dishes.

 

She still loves everything that has to do with food—just ask her husband and three kids—but she is excited by the pace, opportunities, and sense of discovery that real estate offers. Being able to match the perfect person with their perfect home is a rush that never gets old for her.
