Sam's passion for real estate began long before his professional career. As a teenager, he helped his parents navigate the home-buying process, sparking an interest that would only grow with time. He later joined a real estate team in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia, where he gained early exposure to the business while assisting with day-to-day operations. While studying business and political science, Sam transitioned into a sales role with the team before earning his license and ultimately pursuing real estate full-time.

Now residing in Gramercy, he has developed a particular appreciation for New York City's dynamic real estate market and rich architectural history.
