Ryan Serhant is one of the most successful and well-known real estate brokers in the world. He is the founder and CEO of SERHANT., a multidimensional real estate brokerage that sits at the intersection of media, entertainment, education, and technology, and is also an innovator, entrepreneur, producer, author, podcast host, public speaker, educator, content creator, and star of Owning Manhattan on Netflix and multiple Bravo TV shows, including the two-time Emmy-nominated Million Dollar Listing New York.
Over the course of his career, Ryan has closed nearly $10B in sales and represented clients in record-breaking deals in New York and South Florida, including the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in the state of Florida for just under $140M. For more than a decade, Ryan led the # 1-ranked residential real estate sales team in New York City. In September 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and amid uncertain market conditions, Ryan decided to strike out on his own and launch his own brokerage.

Ryan is on a mission to revolutionize the real estate industry, give back, and share his formula for success to enable and motivate others. He is the author of three books: Sell It Like Serhant: How to Sell More, Earn More, and Become the Ultimate Sales Machine, Big Money Energy: How to Rule at Work, Dominate Life, and Make Millions, and Brand It Like Serhant: Stand Out From the Crowd, Build Your Following and Earn More Money. Following the release of his first book, Ryan developed the SELL IT digital course and education platform to teach others how to master the art of sales to succeed in any profession.
He is also the host of the iHeart Radio Original Podcast “Big Money Energy with Ryan Serhant” and serves as executive producer of LISTED, a dedicated YouTube network for entertaining lifestyle and real estate shows featuring the firm’s diverse up-and-coming real estate agents.

Foundation, and Project Sunshine. In 2021, Ryan was named the National Ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s “Real Men Wear Pink” initiative, a campaign that enlists men to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. Ryan wore pink every day in October, raised funds, and dedicated his global social platforms to spreading critical information to help fight the disease. In total, the 2021 campaign raised over $12 million.
Ryan currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife, Emilia, and their daughter, Zena.
