I meet with the photographer, stager, inspectors, appraiser and even install smoke detectors and fire extinguishers! Lastly, I consider Positivity, Perseverance and Patience to be the most important attributes a real estate agent can possess to be effective for their clients. I base my approach on these three things and in doing so I truly believe nothing can stop us from getting the home of your dreams or selling your home for what it's worth and not settling for less.
