As a former CPA and CFO, she has negotiated and developed numerous multi-million-dollar transactions involving mergers and acquisitions of complex corporate structures, business operations, commercial & residential real estate, as well as various development & construction projects. In so doing, she has advised owners, boards, executives, and teams while maintaining responsibility of a $750million annual budget.
