Reyna Bourgoyne

Before I became a Realtor®, I spent nearly a decade working in real estate from the ownership and operations side of the business.

I started in leasing and property management, then moved into corporate real estate operations, where I supported a national portfolio of as many as 90 buildings. I reviewed the property condition reports our regional managers submitted after site visits, maintained accurate records across our assets, prepared the marketing, occupancy, and financial reports leadership used to make decisions.

I also worked on acquisitions and divestments, handling due diligence items for senior housing facilities and multifamily properties across the country and then helping manage the operational transitions that followed. When ownership changed hands, my focus was making sure staff, systems, and day-to-day operations transferred smoothly and on schedule.

That kind of work rewards precision. It taught me to read documents carefully, ask the questions that are easy to overlook, and keep a complex transaction organized and moving toward closing.

I bring that same approach to residential real estate.

For buyers, my goal is clarity. I'll help you understand value, condition, and the practical considerations of a property, whether you're purchasing your first home, relocating to San Diego, or looking for a place that fits the life you're building.

For sellers, my focus is preparation, thoughtful market positioning, and a strategy built around your goals, your timeline, and current market data.

I speak English and Spanish, and I serve clients throughout San Diego County in whichever language they're most comfortable in. I also serve on the San Diego Association of Realtors® International Committee, and I'm active in Rotary and throughout the La Jolla community, where I volunteer my time with the people and causes that make this place home.

Outside of real estate, I've built an audience of approximately 60,000 people on Instagram, where I share style, beauty, and everyday life. What started as a creative outlet turned into a real skill set: understanding what makes people stop and pay attention, how to tell a story visually, and how to build genuine trust through a screen. It's a meaningful advantage when it's time to market your home.

Communication and follow-through matter to me. My hope is that you feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of the process, and that we stay in touch long after closing.
